Mission
The WBACC Trust is a program of employee & employer benefits which was specifically created
for sponsoring chambers of commerce. Its objective is to enable small companies to join together
in order to obtain insurance protection economically through mass purchasing. Because the plans

WBACC Trust History
The trust was designed and developed by Marsh & McLennan Group Associates, which was then a sister company to Mercer. We specifically designed the Trust to provide large company employee benefits at an affordable cost to small employer groups that belonged to Chambers of Commerce. The concept was to offer a complete package of benefits to small employer groups that were members of sponsering chambers. The WBACC kickoff was at the Washington Chamber of Commerce Executives fall meeting in November of 1985. |
